Celebrity couple Taika Waititi and Rita Ora take the Met Gala by storm

Celebrity couple Rita Ora and Taika Waititi have arrived at this year’s Met Gala, with the pop singer dazzling the cameras on the red carpet.

Ora wore a long black dress at this year’s event that would make a wedding dress eat its heart out. Not only was it long, but it was also lacy and dazzling. Meanwhile, the Thor: Ragnarok filmmaker dressed up in a silver and black robe with a black flower with chains attached to it. While his outfit is somewhat simplistic, it’s still dazzling nevertheless.

Based on the number of celebrities that have appeared so far, the couple’s Met Gala outfits are currently the fan favorite from fans on social media. They even caught the attention of Spotify and MTV who were enthralled with Ora’s lace. At the end of the day, both celebrities gave an extravagant entrance at this year’s event. And as for hitting this year’s theme of  “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,” the celebrities couple understood the assignment and didn’t disappoint.

The 2023 Met Gala is taking place at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, exhibiting the work of Lagerfeld, a German-born designer with collections released from 1933 to 2019. Other celebrities that wowed the press at the event were Dua Lipa, Rihanna, Suki Waterhouse, and Robert Pattinson, to name a few.
