New Total Recall Featurette Shows Off Hover Cars

With the release of Sony's Total Recall remake drawing closer (it hits theatres this Friday), the studio has released a new featurette that highlights the film's hover cars. With the release of Sony’s Total Recall remake drawing closer (it hits theatres this Friday), the studio has released a new featurette that highlights the film’s hover cars. While the new remake may not take the Mars setting of the original, director Len Wiseman’s sleek vision of the future looks very exciting and this featurette only further serves to heighten my anticipation.

The behind the scenes footage of the practical hover cars is pretty neat and I’m looking forward to seeing how this all plays out in the film. Judging by the trailers though, I think Wiseman has his futuristic world laid out pretty well and I’m sure that the design and look of his sci-fi landscape will not fail to impress.

All in all, I’m looking forward to the Total Recall remake. I’ve been hearing mixed reviews so far but I’m a fan of the original and I think that Wiseman will be able to bring something unique and worthwhile to the table.

Plus, the cast is pretty impressive. I always love seeing Bryan Cranston on the big screen and both Jessica Biel and Kate Beckinsale should make for appealing eye candy.

Check out the featurette below and let us know in the comments if you’re excited or not for Total Recall.
