And for the other bit of Castlevania news today, Konami has confirmed that the upcoming handheld edition into the series, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate, has been delayed into 2013.

Konami made the statement to Game Informer but no reason for the delay was given. It does confirm fan’s fears though that arose when the game was mysteriously absent from a release schedule for the DS and 3DS released earlier this week.

I got my hands on the game at E3 this past June and really enjoyed the game and I really hope we’ll see it sometime soon.

Though there’s no other information to go on just yet, as always, we’ll keep you posted.
