The wheels are moving again on Paul Haggis’ next project, Third Personas The Wrap reports that Mila Kunis has signed on with the film, and James Franco and Casey Affleck are in negotiations to join the global romantic drama.

It was reported in April that Liam Neeson and Olivia Wilde were for sure a part of the cast, but since then there hasn’t been much news regarding Haggis’ progress.

The plot details that we do know involve a triple-love story set in New York, Paris, and Rome, and Neeson playing a writer who gets to go to bed with Wilde, but other than that, everyone has been fairly tight lipped.

Fans have hoped for some time that Haggis could direct a movie that could match Crash, his directorial debut. Both of his features since then, In The Valley Of Elah and The Next Three Days, are generally considered to have fallen well short of the Oscar-high standard Crash set.

Kunis is an interesting choice for this cast, and I like the decision. I’ve always been a fan of hers and she has recently shown her talent and range in films such as Friends With Benefits and Black Swan.

If Affleck and Franco do indeed sign on, it seems there would need to be at least one more female lead to complete the third love story.
