Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise, the downloadable sequel to the 2010 action game Naughty Bear, has had some new screenshots released, along with an extensive new video showcasing some of its new gameplay mechanics.

These include a combo-based melee system, the ability to grab opponents and guide them to specific areas and objects for messy kills, a disguise mechanics for sneaking amongst enemy bears and goading them into fighting each other.

We also get a look at Bear Wares, an in-game store for purchasing stat-enhancing clothing and weapons, and a new system for mission goals that allows players to level up Naughty Bear and get additional money for the store.

Naughty Bear: Panic in Paradise is currently scheduled for an October release on Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network.  We will keep you updated as more details on the game are revealed.
