With Tokyo Game Show just around the corner, eyes are on all sorts of Japanese game companies for hints at what they may reveal. Today, Square Enix has issued a handful of trademarks in which the most interesting – Circle of Mana – has sparked some questions.

The four tradmarks that Square has acquired are Wizardlings, Ultima Box (probably something to do with Final Fantasy‘s 25th Anniversary Collection,) Agent 47 (of the Hitman franchise,) and the aforementioned Circle of Mana.

There are no details at this point, but as I said, Tokyo Game Show is right around the corner, and Square is expected to make a number of big announcements.

We’ll just have to wait and see if the developer is really making a new game, or just teasing us for an iOS re-release again. What? Too soon?
