Quake 100% Completed In 52 Minutes

With the recent release of Quake Arena Arcade on XBLA two weeks ago and the launch of Quake Live on the interwebz a while before that, here's a nice revisit to 1996's original Quake...except the player not only speedruns the entire game on the hardest difficulty but finds every secret, kills every enemy and gets 100% in 52 minutes.

Anyone who has played the FPS classic knows how impressive of a feat this is. Is he man or machine? This is insanity.
