Today, thanks to First Showing, we have a new poster showing us the thirteen dwarves who set out with Bilbo and Gandalf to reclaim their kingdom under the mountain, which has been taken over by the evil dragon Smaug.

This great group shot features Thorin (Richard Armitage), Nori (Jed Brown), Ori (Adam Brown), Dori (Mark Hadlow), Fili (Dean O’Gorman), Kili (Aidan Turner), Oin (John Callen), Gloin (Peter Hambleton), Bombur (Stephen Hunter), Bofur (James Nesbitt), Bifur (William Kircher), Balin (Ken Scott), and Dwalin (Graham McTavish).

If I were to venture a guess, I’d say that we’ll probably be seeing a more close-up character poster for Gandalf pretty soon, or possibly even one for Gollum. It’d also be neat to see Smaug, but I highly doubt they’d reveal him this early.

We’re still about two and a half months away from the release of part one of Jackson’s epic trilogy, so you can be sure there will be more posters and stills popping up in that time. As usual, we’ll keep you posted when these become available.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey finally hits theaters on December 14th.

Check out the poster below and let us know what you think in the comments.
