Disney’s beleaguered production of The Lone Ranger is one that has Hollywood on the edge of their seats. From the bloated budget and a stuntman dying on set, to director Gore Verbinski (Rango) complaining to the press and nearly getting the film canceled, it’s a wonder that we’re even getting it at all.

Despite everything, Disney has pushed on and the film will indeed be hitting theatres come next year. To ensure us of this fact, the studio has released the first international poster for the film, which can be seen below.

Furthermore, the mouse house has also announced that the first trailer for the film will debut tonight during The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. This will be the first footage made public after Disney “surprised” audiences at Comic-Con 2012 with a never-before-seen teaser at the end of their panel.

Despite all its troubles, who knows? Maybe The Lone Ranger will be better than we think. Of course, only time will tell, but the trailer that releases tonight should be a good indication. In the meantime, check out the poster below and let us know what you think.
