Electronic Arts has released two handfuls of new Dead Space 3 screenshots showing the Rigs that Isaac Clarke will be sporting in his next “survival horror” game.

With the upcoming title’s focus on cover systems, universal ammo, co-op, and all around bro-shooter gameplay mechanics, it is still not clear exactly how much “survival horror” EA has decided to include in Dead Space 3. There is, however, one thing that is made crystal clear in the new screenshots, Isaac is not heading out to do any engineering work with that Gears of War-type rifle.

Dead Space 3 is set to release February 5, 2013 in North America, and February 8th in Europe. Check out the new set of screenshot below and let us know what you think in the comments.
