The already delayed Vita version of Jet Set Radio was scheduled to launch today with the PlayStation Store Update, however, Sega has now confirmed that the Dreamcast title has been pushed back once again.

Sega stated that the latest delay is due to “necessary development optimizations”, and although the publisher failed to provide a new tentative release window they did promise that an announcement is coming “soon”.

Jet Set Radio‘s HD remake was released last month on the Xbox 360 and PS3. Feel free to check out our review of the classic title while we wait for word on its new Vita release date, and the associated delay announcement that is sure to follow.
