Ahead of Forza Horizon‘s release next week, Microsoft has announced details for the game’s first expansion pack which will take the racer off-road this December.

The Forza Horizon Rally Expansion Pack promises to take players to the “roughest, untamed roads” in Colorado where they can take a “rally-tuned” car through “deeper ruts, higher jumps, and new surface types”. The press release also mentions that the expansion will come with a “co-driver” offering helpful advise, which makes the add-on sound a bit like taking a road trip with your spouse.

Forza Horizon launches on October 23, the Rally Expansion Pack will follow on December 18th for 1600 Microsoft Bucks, or as part of the game’s Season Pass. Additional details about the DLC will be announced closer to its release date.
