Two Brand New, Fear-Inducing Aliens: Colonial Marines Screens

If horror movies have taught me anything, it's that space is a scary place. Who knows what happens to be up there, if anything, but we're conditioned to be fearful of the unknown. Take the Alien franchise for example, what with its hideous monsters who stalk and kill our kind. There's nothing unnerving about that, right? Wrong.

If horror movies have taught me anything, it’s that space is a scary place. Who knows what happens to be up there, if anything, but we’re conditioned to be fearful of the unknown. Take the Alien franchise for example, what with its hideous monsters who stalk and kill our kind. There’s nothing unnerving about that, right? Wrong.

Today, SEGA and Gearbox Software have given us two presents, both of which have come to us in the form of Aliens: Colonial Marines screenshots. One features protagonists, while the other one features a very large and incredibly pissed off alien antagonist, which looks to be a queen. They’re both featured within this post for your viewing pleasure.

Aliens: Colonial Marines will rekindle our fear of dark hallways and seemingly desolate spaceships on February 12, 2013.
