A McDonald’s employee has gone viral after refusing to serve a customer due to his rude and intimidating attitude. The interaction, which was recorded by the angry customer, ultimately resulted in the woman being fired despite many on TikTok insisting that she had done absolutely nothing wrong.
In a now viral video posted by @bigjudo we see the camera pointed at a McDonald’s worker as she repeatedly says “I’m not serving you coffee.” Meanwhile, the man behind the camera AKA “Bigjudo” can be heard yelling at her. Although it’s not clear in the video, he has exited his vehicle and is standing at the drive-thru window confronting the worker.
“Bigjudo” claims that he only started arguing with the employee due to her bad attitude and supposedly calling her name. However, without context it’s very hard to tell who’s in the right but as both sides would give their own version of events the internet would quickly determine who was wrong and who was right.
The employee gives her side
Taking to TikTok to address the situation after being put on blast by the original poster, the McDonald’s employee explained that she had been working overnight on the drive-thru by herself, which meant taking orders, packing them, cooking fries and hashbrowns etc. The sheer workload could make anyone cranky. Despite this she claims she wasn’t mad until the guy came. She claims he started being rude towards her first and then the situation escalated into the confrontation we saw posted by “Bigjudo.”
She also claimed that the man returned in the afternoon to formally complain about the service he received, showing a manager the video. Unfortunately this resulted in the employee losing her job after she refused to sign a write up as she believed she had done nothing wrong.

Other content creators were quick to call out the company for firing the woman despite her doing nothing wrong. Many also criticized “Bigjudo” with every single comment on his original video expressing support for the employee and telling him he was the one in the wrong.
Despite this, the man has doubled down, claiming that the employee was the one who was rude first and even suggesting she was racist for not serving him. However, his own videos summarizing the situation don’t add up with his own story and the fact that he’s dragging the whole thing out for views has already earned him the label of “Karen” by the people on TikTok. As one comment put it best, “it’s never this deep over mcdonald’s.”
