King Charles finalizes fate of Prince Andrew’s children after stripping him of his royal titles

Prince Andrew isn't welcome, that much is clear, but what has King Charles decided to do with his daughters?

Prince Andrew may have fallen from grace and found himself ostracized from the royal family but many have been left wondering, where does that leave his children, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie? After a period of uncertainty, King Charles has finally made it clear where his nieces stand.

Prince Andrew’s connections with Jeffrey Epstein have seen him almost entirely cut off from his family with the king evidently deciding it best to distance the monarchy from his controversial brother. As a result, Andrew has been stripped of his royal titles, pushed out of royal events, and been pressured to move out of the royal lodge by Charles. Last month the prince was also forced to surrender his firearms.

With their father’s name becoming synonymous with controversy and embarrassment, it’s not been entirely clear what the fates of his two daughters would be going forward. Would they be allowed to continue working within the royal firm and attend events? Or would they be tarred with the same brush as their father and banished to exile?

King Charles finalizes the fate of the princesses

According to an article from express.co.uk, both Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie were welcomed back into the royal fold last week. Andrew’s daughters were spotted with the rest of the family at the annual pre-Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace suggesting Charles and the rest of the firm are fully supporting the princesses. They joined some 70 other attendees on Tuesday for the festive meal.

This makes sense, after all, Beatrice and Eugenie have done nothing that warrants being blocked from attending royal events and King Charles is a relatively reasonable man. Their father may be guilty, but they most certainly are not. Beatrice has also made the decision not to spend Christmas day with her father, a clear sign that she is distancing herself from the scandal-ridden prince.

While Eugenie has yet to do the same it would certainly be the wise move for both. King Charles seems more than ready to continue welcoming them to royal events, as long as Andrew doesn’t show his face.

It’s looking set to be a lonely Christmas for Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, who has also been stripped of her remaining royal titles. The royal lodge will certainly be a quite and likely rather depressing scene over the festive period but that’s nothing new. The pair didn’t attend the royal festivities last year either due to the at the time fresh revelation regarding his ties to suspected Chinese spy Yang Tenbo.
