Donald Trump has long been a firm supporter of bringing back coal mining. It’s easy to see why, as he’s extraordinarily talented at reaching new depths. But now, with his latest Truth Social post, he may have finally hit rock bottom.
In perhaps his most unambiguously and unvarnished bit of racism to date (and believe me, that’s a tough competition), he’s posted a video to Truth Social depicting Barack and Michelle Obama as monkeys.

This might well be the single most overtly racist thing an American president has done in public for over a century (as for in private? Hi Nixon). This is something that’s only going to be defended by the most vile, brain-rotted 8Chan MAGA creeps out there, and we suspect is going too far even for those who despise Obama and resent everything he did in office.
We also can’t help but wonder what Trump’s newest number one fan, Nicki Minaj, makes of this. After all, it was just a few short years ago that she was donating money to and speaking out in support of Black Lives Matter. Cut to the present, and we can only imagine how she’s going to react to the man she now supports comparing Black people to apes.
“Trump will be there. Doesn’t like black girls.”
This also comes hot on the heels of the Epstein files, which contain an email from Jeffrey Epstein warning someone not to bring a Black girl to some kind of sick party, as “Trump will be there. Doesn’t like black girls. Calls them boogers and won’t go w in 10 feet.”
But, while they might silently disapprove (or they might not!), you can guarantee that not a single Republican will raise their voice to condemn this. The Republican Party is now, effectively, the MAGA Party, and coming out against God Emperor Trump is signing the death warrant for your career.
The dignity of the office of president is already smeared with bodily fluids, covered in weird stains, and with unidentifiable clumps of organic matter clinging to it. But, even so, it’s safe to say that today it’s been sullied even more by Trump. But hey, perhaps he’ll surprise us all and find a way to go lower still tomorrow!
