Iran just used Lego to go after Donald Trump, and it’s jaw-dropping

This is creative.

Iran has released an AI-generated propaganda video called “Narrative of Victory,” which aired on state media. The two-minute clip uses Lego-style animation and opens with plastic figures of President Donald Trump, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and Satan sitting together, reading a folder labeled “Jeffrey Epstein File.”

According to The Daily Beast, the video then shows Trump getting angry and hitting a red button, which launches a U.S.-flagged missile toward an Iranian classroom. The aftermath shows a child’s backpack in the rubble. An Iranian soldier picks it up and, in response, launches missile strikes against Israeli targets.

The video also shows further strikes on Cyprus, Turkey, Dubai, and Tel Aviv; all real-world targets of Iranian attacks since the conflict began. It also depicts Iranian speedboats approaching tankers in the Persian Gulf, and stockbrokers and Saudi businessmen crying over rising oil prices. The clip ends with the Iranian soldier standing before a burning U.S. aircraft carrier, the child’s backpack at his feet.

The video reflects a real and deadly conflict that started in late February

The animated video comes as a real conflict began on February 28, when President Trump launched joint U.S.-Israeli airstrikes against Iran. The strikes killed much of Iran’s leadership, including 86-year-old Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. A stray U.S. Tomahawk missile also struck a school near a naval barracks in the city of Minab, killing more than 150 people, most of them young girls.

Iran responded by firing missiles and drones at U.S. and allied targets across the Middle East. Reports show that Iran fired ballistic missiles into Turkish airspace, forcing NATO to take immediate action. So far, over 1,000 people have been killed in Iran due to the ongoing conflict. Seven U.S. service members have also been killed, and at least 140 wounded in Iranian strikes.

The administration has offered several justifications for the war, with the most recent being that the U.S. is attacking Iran to protect its military assets in the Middle East. Reports also reveal that Israel’s Iran strikes went far beyond U.S. expectations, with one U.S. official’s response described simply as “WTF.” The conflict has since spread across the Middle East and into Europe and South Asia.

The “Jeffrey Epstein File” detail in the video is a pointed reference. Critics have accused Trump, who long spoke out against U.S. “forever wars,” of launching this conflict, along with a military invasion of Venezuela in January, to deflect scrutiny. Lawmakers forced Trump to sign a law mandating the release of materials on the Epstein case, following attention over his past friendship with the convicted pedophile financier. Trump himself appears multiple times in the files released by the Justice Department.

This is not the first time Iran has used Lego-style animation for propaganda. State media released a similar video last year, also featuring Trump, Netanyahu, and Satan, following U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities.

Trump himself has also posted AI-generated videos online, including clips of himself as a king dropping feces on protesters from a jet, relaxing with Netanyahu at a resort built on the ruins of Gaza, Democratic lawmakers dressed as mariachi players, and Michelle and Barack Obama depicted as apes.
