‘She heard a demon’: Atlanta realtor rushes out of property after client hears something terrifying

A realtor from Atlanta has shared a creepy video to TikTok in which she and a client toured an old house before all hell seemingly broke loose. The client insisted something supernatural was lurking in the abandoned property but people online are more than a little skeptical about the claim.

The viral video was shared by Kendra, a realtor based in Atlanta, the spooky clip has already received a great deal of attention with 8 million people having already seen it. The post in question shows Kendra and her client walking around the empty halls and rooms of an old house. 

Despite it being daylight outside, some corridors lead off into the darkness where anything could be hiding. What’s more, the property has been completely emptied out which only adds to the eeriness of being inside. Viewers claimed there was already a negative energy about the place before the client began freaking out.

As Kendra is speaking to the client from outside the room the unnamed client can be heard yelling, “Oh s—, get out!” repeatedly. Kendra almost immediately begins moving towards the door followed closely by the client although at that point she’s still unaware of exactly what they’re running from.

Naturally the spooky video piqued the interests of the denizens of TikTok, “Well what did she see?” asked one, “You going to tell us what happened orr?” added another. It seems everyone wanted to know exactly what had freaked the other woman out so badly that she had to bolt from the property ASAP.

The video itself gives little context but Kendra would later return with a storytime video explaining what supposedly went down in the abandoned property. To put it simply, “she heard a demon.”

Kendra explained that the client was a new client to her and they were checking out a number of properties that day, some of which showed evidence of people possibly living or squatting in the empty homes. She also claims that when she arrived at the property from the video, “I felt weird.” However, things got weirder as the client began speaking out loud as they entered the home, explaining that she was speaking to “the ghost.”

The client then supposedly heard a growl up in the attic which prompted her to yell and run out with Kendra. The woman insisted it was a demon she heard and saw up there although Kendra saw nothing. Whether it really was a demon or just a squatter trying to scare them away is up for debate but either way, neither of them will be looking to go back to that house anytime soon.
