Megyn Kelly demands Donald Trump to ‘behave like a normal human’ after his shameless omnious threat

Trump is getting dumped like a sack of hot potatoes.

Conservative commentator Megyn Kelly railed against President Trump’s shocking statement, threatening to wipe out an “entire civilization” if the critical Strait of Hormuz wasn’t reopened. This strong reaction comes as Trump agreed to a tentative ceasefire, as proposed by Pakistan. Now, the three parties involved are reportedly working towards a more lasting ceasefire agreement.

Despite this positive outcome, Kelly couldn’t hold back on her weekly podcast, The Megyn Kelly Show. “I don’t know about you, but I am sick of this s—! I’m just — I’m sick of it. Can’t he just behave like a normal human? I mean, honestly, like the president — ‘3D chess’ — just shut up,” she told her listeners. “F—ing shut up about that s—! You don’t threaten to wipe out an entire civilization. We’re talking about civilians, just casually in a social media post.”

Per The Hill, Trump’s post on Truth Social was truly stark. He stated, “A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will.” This kind of rhetoric, especially directed at an entire population, is what sparked such widespread outrage.

It’s insane that it has taken so long for some people to see the crazy

While Kelly acknowledged that such extreme language might be a part of Trump’s negotiation tactics, she firmly condemned the content itself. “But this is completely irresponsible and disgusting. This is wrong. It’s wrong. He should not be doing it. I don’t care that it’s … his negotiation tactic is to kill an entire country full of civilians — men, women, and children — an American president, so that the Strait of Hormuz will be opened? It’s just wrong.”

She even went on to question, “He can’t be a dignified, strong leader without threatening a bunch of war crimes?” It’s a powerful point, asking if such threats are truly necessary for effective leadership. It is also a growing realization for her, considering that she has admitted to selling lies for Trump before.

Per Mint, Kelly isn’t alone in her condemnation. Several other lawmakers and political pundits have also denounced the language. For example, former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene declared on X, “25TH AMENDMENT!!! Not a single bomb has dropped on America. We cannot kill an entire civilization. This is evil and madness.”

Similarly, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez voiced deep concerns on X, stating, “This is a threat of genocide and merits removal from office.” She also issued a serious warning to those in the military chain of command, posting on X, “To every individual in the President’s chain of command: You have a duty to refuse illegal orders.”

The international community is also weighing in. British TV personality Piers Morgan called the statement “a brazen pre-admission of genocide against the Iranian people, which would obviously be a war crime. Madness.” He even engaged in online debates with various X accounts that were attempting to defend Trump’s comments.

The United Nations Secretary-General has also expressed deep concern. His spokesperson, Stéphane Dujarric, illustrated this: “The secretary-general is deeply troubled by statements suggesting that entire civilian populations or civilizations may be made to bear the consequences of political and military decisions.”

The pause in fighting overseas has been largely welcomed by international leaders, who have been quick to point out that the ongoing conflict was a major contributor to a global energy crisis.

The President, however, hasn’t really focused on any of this, or even the spirit of the criticism. His administration has already threatened the Pope for calling him out on his threat of genocide. Trump, however, took the time to go on a massive rant against all of his once supporters.

From attacks against their IQ to name-calling, it is just another unhinged post from a man who cannot deal with any form of criticism.
