Capcom announced two different opportunities today for fans to make their mark on Remember Me by having either their own memories or fake advertisements appear in the game when it launches next year.

From now until November 29th Capcom is asking for people to submit images of their “most cherished memories” and a short description explaining their importance. The publisher will then randomly select several of the submissions at random to appear in the game during the “Memory Overload” sequences that are triggered each time Nilin successfully performs one of her signature attacks. Full details on how to submit your memories are posted on the game’s Facebook page.

For the more creative types out there, Capcom also announced a contest to get your artwork into Remember Me. Contestants are asked to visit Adverts in 2084 and view briefs for five fictional companies. After selecting a company from the list, artists can then design a billboard advertisement that, if selected, will appear in the game as part of the Neo-Paris backdrop.

Remember Me is currently scheduled to be released for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC in May 2013.
