‘The first lady knows’: Thomas Massie says Melania Trump should come clean about Jeffrey Epstein links

Massie confident all will be exposed soon.

Thomas Massie may have lost his primary to the Trump-endorsed candidate, but he’s certainly not leaving the political stage quietly. In an appearance on Meet the Press yesterday, he underlined that he’s ready to reveal yet more horrifying revelations about Jeffrey Epstein’s pedophile network.

He rounded on Trump’s acting attorney general, Todd Blanche, outright accusing him of “violating the law” and that he’s sitting on “millions of files they haven’t released”.

Massie also underlined that Blanche and Kash Patel are responsible for the ongoing delays and misdirections about the file, saying their actions may have conveniently made prosecutions much more difficult:

“I don’t think it’s possible to get to convictions with Todd Blanche at the top and with the FBI director, Kash Patel, at the top, because they have effectively both perjured themselves by saying there’s nobody else in the files.”

Then, in a surprising turn, he directly said that Melania Trump knows more than she’s letting on: “Even Melania doesn’t believe that. The first lady knows that Jeffrey Epstein didn’t act alone.”

Melania’s links with Epstein have long been public knowledge. The pair moved in the same social circles and frequently attended the same parties, with Melania being close enough to Ghislaine Maxwell to earn the nickname “sweet pea” from her. There are even credible theories that it was Epstein who introduced Melania to Donald Trump.

“Sweet pea”

Last month, Melania raised eyebrows with an impromptu public statement from the White House describing attempts to clarify her documented links to Epstein as “mean-spirited attempts to defame”. She also said that any reports that Epstein played Cupid for her and Donald were “lies” and said that she didn’t have any knowledge of Epstein’s pedophile network.

Well, Massie appears to have seen some kind of still-unreleased documentation that suggests all or part of Melania’s April statement is untrue. But he also seems certain that the truth is coming out one way or another:

“Here’s the great thing. Whether I’m in Congress or not, the Epstein Files Transparency Act is a law, and it goes on for years. So, if we can’t get this attorney general and this FBI director to do the right thing, the next ones who take those seats are obligated by law to release the files that these individuals are not releasing now.”

We can only await further developments. But, as usual, the old adage for the Epstein situation stands. There’s always more, and it’s always – always – worse.
