Tonight’s PlayStation Store update brought with it the release of Capcom’s Okami HD, giving newcomers and those who have already run a mile in Amaterasu’s paws an opportunity to play through one of the PS2’s best games in beautiful HD.

In addition to the 1080p HD upgrade, Okami HD also supports the PlayStation Move and offers up an all-important shiny Platinum trophy, for $19.99.

Okami HD‘s launch trailer is embedded below. If you have not played this gem before and are a fan of Zelda-style adventure games I can’t recommend it enough. $19.99 may seem a bit steep, but this is truly one of the greatest video games ever made and it should not be missed.
