Colorado woman claims Subway cancelled her multiple orders. Then accuses customers of attempting to steal her food: ‘I’m gonna come back’

Her next step was to trash the place.

A Colorado man says he stopped at Subway to pick up sandwiches for himself and his wife when he witnessed an explosive confrontation that quickly drew thousands of views on TikTok. TikTok creator CHANCE (@whyyychance) shared the video with the caption, “I was on my way to get me and my wife a sandwich and came across this encounterment. Is it that serious?”

The clip shows a woman inside a Subway restaurant loudly arguing with employees while repeatedly striking objects in the restaurant. During the confrontation, the woman claimed she had placed multiple orders that had not been fulfilled.

She alleged that other customers had attempted to pick up her food and said she had already paid $27.36 for the order. She repeatedly demanded that employees prepare her sandwich and said she would remain at the restaurant until she received it.

The video shows the woman finally left

The video also includes the woman saying she had waited all day to eat and accusing the restaurant of canceling her order. At one point, she said employees should call the police.

Meanwhile, she insists she would not physically confront anyone. The clip ends as she knocks over fixtures and leaves the restaurant.

The viral video sparked thousands of reactions from TikTok users. In a comment, someone wrote, “If HANGRY was a person.” Another commenter added, “There’s no reason to act this way, if you have a problem with any place of business, you can get your point across while being kind and polite and in fact, it will get you better service most likely.”

CHANCE did not provide additional details about what happened before filming began or whether law enforcement responded. There is also no public information confirming the woman’s claims about her order.

The video does not identify the location of the incident. CHANCE shared it on July 9, 2026. It was later shared on other platforms. As of publication, Subway has not publicly commented on what happened, and no official statement from local authorities is available. Opinions expressed are those of CHANCE and the commenters.

In a separate but similar incident, a woman caused a scene at a Michigan McDonald’s. She came inside after employees asked her to turn off her windshield wipers during heavy rain and a power outage.

The moving blades were splashing water onto restaurant equipment and staff. That confrontation happened around the same time as CHANCE’s video and also escalated to employees threatening to call the police.
