Woman says she finally understands why she’s single. Then a trip to Rangers game confirms her worst suspicions: ‘I’ve seen enough’

For some, relationships just aren’t worth it. One woman on TikTok is convinced she made the right decision to remain single after seeing two examples of a man cheating on his girlfriend: one at a Rangers game and another the day after.

“Let me tell ya’ll why I’m single,” TikToker Brittany Bowen told her followers before sharing her experience at a Rangers game the day before. She says she noticed a couple in front of her and could see the guy’s phone. “So, he’s texting, and I already peep game,” Brittany says, claiming the man is turning his phone away from the girl he’s with.

According to her, the phone was facing her, and the text on the guy’s screen was big enough for her to see. Apparently, she could even make out a message from another woman named “Erika.” Brittany claims that Erika was texting the man, asking him, “Are you with her?” According to Brittany, the man responded to the text denying that he was with another woman before putting his phone away and proceeding to “share a wing basket” with the woman next to him.

She addressed part of her video to “Erika,” hoping that the message would find her: “Erika, if you were texting a man, he was like Mexican, and he was at a Rangers game on Friday night, yeah, he was with that girl.”

Brittany claims everybody is cheating

While that was already enough to convince Brittany that “men ain’t s–t,” the next day only served to solidify her opinion further. She and her and a friend went to a Sonic for a sweet treat, and while there, apparently spotted another couple waiting in their car for their food. “I can see inside of his car, and I can see him on his phone.”

Once again, the phone is tilted away from the woman, allowing Brittany to see what’s on his screen, and she claims “he’s Snapchatting a million-and-twelve girls.” Obviously that’s hyperbole, but the point she’s making is clear: it’s another example of men cheating: “I’ve had enough, I’ve seen enough,” Brittany says.

Commenters on TikTok shared some pretty bleak takes on the state of relationships right now, agreeing with Brittany’s claim that “Everybody cheating.” One commenter wrote, “Everybody is definitely cheating and if you think otherwise.. you just haven’t found out yet.” But not everbody agreed with Brittany’s rant, which they seemingly interpreted as an attack on men “Not all men cheat, just sayin,” pointed out one viewer.

While social media may make relationships in this day and age look like a lost cause, that isn’t necessarily the case. According to americansurveycenter.org, 46% of women and 34% of men reported that a partner had ever cheated on them in any past relationships. Of course, this data may be inaccurate, as it only counts the cases of cheating in which the cheater was actually caught.
