After last weekend’s thunderous debut of Skyfall, audiences know it’s time to once again get conditioned to the eventual onslaught that is the winter movie season. It seems as if one big movie is released after another and late December’s The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is arguably the most anticipated.

The advertising is beginning to heat up for the first part of Peter Jackson’s next Middle Earth trilogy, with plenty of commercials and images popping up from every facet of media available. So, it’s not a large surprise to discover that a brand new full minute international TV Spot been released, with only a bit of fresh content shown.

A close-up of a troll face to face with Bilbo and an extended look at Gollum’s watery cave are on display here, with plenty of rehashed footage rounding out the ad’s length. You can expect the marketing blitz to continue in the upcoming weeks until The Hobbit‘s December 14th release date arrives, so don’t think it’s over just yet.

For now though, check out the new spot below and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
