Rapper and former head of Def Jam South, Scarface is currently in jail for failure to pay child support along with additional federal charges that have not yet been disclosed to the public. While celebrities going to jail is nothing new, this news has actually been kept a secret from the public for four months now.
XXL talked to a representative from the prison and confirmed that Scarface was incarcerated last October and has been held in the Montgomery County Jail since then. They report that the veteran rapper is facing charges in four different child support cases.
