Not much to say here but I figured you poster junkies may like to take a peek at the two new awesome posters that were released today for Marvel’s upcoming film Thor. With the marketing campaign for the film heating up, you can expect this release to be huge. I know there are people who haven’t been happy with the trailers that we’ve seen but personally, I’m still on board with this one. I really don’t know much about Thor, having never read the comic books. But from what I’ve seen so far, I’m impressed. I was a fan of the Iron Man films (even if the second one wasn’t that great) and I don’t think this one will be too far off from that franchise.
The film stars Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Hopkins, Rene Russo, Stellan Skarsgard, Jaimie Alexander, Kat Dennings, Ray Stevenson, Josh Dallas, Tadanobu Asano, Idris Elba, Clark Gregg and Colm Feore. Kenneth Branagh will direct this adaptation of the famous Marvel comic book using the script penned by Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz. The film will hit theaters on 3D and 2D screens on May 6th, 2011.
