Splinter Cell: Blacklist Montage Trailer Infiltrates E3

You may not agree with me, but I thought that Splinter Cell: Conviction was great. It featured an incredibly entertaining and action-packed campaign, which did an excellent job of blending the series' core, stealth-based mechanics, with a more action-oriented design. Sure, it might not have been pure, classic Splinter Cell, but it was better in my opinion.

You may not agree with me, but I thought that Splinter Cell: Conviction was great. It featured an incredibly entertaining and action-packed campaign, which did an excellent job of blending the series’ core, stealth-based mechanics, with a more action-oriented design. Sure, it might not have been pure, classic Splinter Cell, but it was better in my opinion.

Having heard that this August’s release of Splinter Cell: Blacklist will blend the series’ great stealth gameplay with some of what Conviction added has certainly piqued my interest. And, if you’re reading this, it’s surely caught your attention as well.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any new information for you at this point in time, because Ubisoft skimmed over Splinter Cell: Blacklist at the start of its E3 press conference. However, with that being said, this article does serve another purpose other than allowing me to express my appreciation of the game’s predecessor. The publisher may have skimped on details, but it did present a montage trailer, which fans of the series will certainly find interesting.

Check it out below and let us know what you think.

Splinter Cell: Blacklist will be released on August 20.
