A new and extremely colourful poster for the upcoming Steve Jobs biopic, simply titled Jobs, has arrived today. Starring Ashton Kutcher as the titular CEO and co-founder of Apple, the Joshua Michael Stern-directed film had its first trailer released recently and it looks like the promotional campaign is continuing with this visually interesting poster.

Premiering at Sundance back in January, early reviews on the film aren’t too positive. Personally, I think it looks alright and at the very least, I’m interested to see Kutcher as Steve Jobs and how he does in the role. Unfortunately, the critics haven’t been to kind to him thus far but I’m still curious to see how he performs and I’ll definitely be checking out the film once it hits theatres.

For those who don’t know, there’s also another Steve Jobs biopic in the works and while it’s still in the early stages of development, it seems quite promising. Aaron Sorkin is penning the script and it’s set to be based off of Walter Isaacson’s Steve Jobs biography. So even if the Kutcher version fails, there’s still hope that we’ll get a solid film about the influential entrepreneur and inventor.

Co-starring alongside Kutcher are Dermot Mulroney, J.K. Simmons and Josh Gad. Jobs opens on August 16th.

Check out the poster below and let us know what you think in the comments.  Will you be seeing this one when it releases?
