In support of his new film Dallas Buyers Club, which arrives in theatres on November 1st, actor/musician Jared Leto will be hosting a Reddit AMA this Friday (10/25) at 5:00pm ET/2:00pm PT. For those not up to date on their web trends, AMA stands for Ask Me Anything, allowing fans to ask the featured celebrity anything they want.
Leto is already starting to earn Oscar buzz for his stunning portrayal of Rayon, a transvestite dying from AIDS who looks to Matthew McConaughey’s character for help in the film and ultimately assists him in forming the titular club.
Having seen Dallas Buyers Club at TIFF, I can assure you that Leto gives one of the year’s best performances and you’d be foolish to miss it. I actually had a chance to interview the actor as well at TIFF and he had a lot of interesting things to say about his return to acting (it’s been roughly five years since he’s made a film) as well as his astonishing physical transformation for the role.
