Jessica Biel Set To Play One Of The Female Roles In Total Recall

The production on the remake of Total Recall is rapidly getting underway as casting for the major characters is just cleaning up. Colin Farrell has nabbed the role of the protagonist, Doug Quaid, and Breaking Bad actor Bryan Cranston has got the role of the villain Vilos Cohaagen, now the producers are looking for two actresses to fill the roles of the female leads.

The production on the remake of Total Recall is rapidly getting underway as casting for the major characters is just cleaning up. Colin Farrell has nabbed the role of the protagonist, Doug Quaid, and Breaking Bad actor Bryan Cranston has got the role of the villain Vilos Cohaagen, now the producers are looking for two actresses to fill the roles of the female leads.

One of these is Quaid’s wife Lori and the other is of Quaid’s lover Melina. It has been reported by Variety that Jessica Biel has landed one of them although they can’t confirm either way as there is a strong possibility it could be either. Names linked with the role have been as wide as Diane Kruger and Eva Mendes. There will most likely be a studio announcement soon and when there is we’ll be sure to keep you posted.

Total Recall will be directed by Len Wiseman and is set for release on August 3rd 2012.
