A post over at the Reddit gaming forums may have outed some, let’s say, questionable upcoming DLC for Call of Duty: Ghosts. Reddit user beta_crater stumbled upon a DLC card for the title that will turn mutltiplayer kill streak pooch Riley into a wolf.

The poster also clarifies that the content will be available starting December 12th for only $3. While this is significantly less than what the map packs for Ghosts cost, it appears to be about as useful as Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion‘s much maligned horse armor DLC.

This type of DLC is really nothing new, as we have seen things like cosmetic weapon downloads pop up in the past. While I think that the content is superfluous at best, I’m sure somewhere out there, someone really wants to send a killer wolf after their enemies. And you want to know what? Good on you, random stranger I hope to never meet.

We will continue to bring you coverage of any upcoming DLC releases for Call of Duty: Ghosts as more news arises. For now though, tell us, is there any interest out there for some hot (or would it be cold?) wolf action? Let us know in the comments section below.
