New Photos And Clips From The Wolf Of Wall Street Capture The Insanity

Martin Scorsese's The Wolf of Wall Street is shaping up to be one of 2013's most entertaining films. With glowing reviews across the board, and an extremely positive reception from audiences, its shot at scoring some Oscar nominations are looking better than ever. I had the pleasure of seeing it last night and I wholeheartedly agree with what our very own Jonathan Lack said in his review.

Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street is shaping up to be one of 2013’s most exciting films. With glowing reviews across the board, and an extremely positive reception from audiences, its shot at scoring some Oscar nominations are looking better than ever. I had the pleasure of seeing it last night and I wholeheartedly agree with what our very own Jonathan Lack said in his review. In case you haven’t read it yet, he stated the following:

Vintage Scorsese through and through – which includes his penchant for artistic evolution – The Wolf of Wall Street provides some of the most vibrant, energetic, and culturally impactful filmmaking of 2013.

With the film’s December 25th release date less than a week away now, Paramount has decided to release several new clips and images (seen below) to help amp up the excitement. Like most of the promotional material that we’ve seen for The Wolf of Wall Street thus far, this new footage and batch of stills serves to convey the absolute insanity of Scorsese’s latest effort. And trust me when I say that the film is literally insane. I mean that in the best way possible, too.

It is absolutely outrageous at times but it’s also incredibly entertaining, energetic and one of the most enjoyable films I’ve seen all year. DiCaprio also gives one of the best performances of his career, in my opinion, at least.

The Wolf of Wall Street hits theatres on Christmas Day. Tell us, are you looking forward to seeing it? Let us know in the comments section below.
