Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark Leaked By Amazon

A posting by online retailer Amazon may have accidentally revealed the existence of a new next-gen Transformers title. Entitled Transformers: Rise Of The Dark Spark, the retail giant has listings of the title for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. Activision has yet to formally announce anything at this time.

I’m just going to go ahead and assume that there will definitely be a new Transformers game coming out this year, though it’s interesting that it doesn’t feature the same subtitle as the upcoming film, which is Age Of Extinction. This could either mean that the game adaptation of the movie will simply be titled differently or that this particular instalment may be following in the footsteps of High Moon Studios’ series of titles that draw more influence from the classic animated show, rather than from the film.
