New Trailer For Game Of Thrones Season Four Amps Up The Excitement

We still have a month and a half left to go, but HBO is making absolutely sure that you're aware that their hit show Game of Thrones will be returning for its fourth season at the beginning of April. We've had multiple teases, a full-length trailer, and even a fifteen-minute special giving us a sneak peak at the upcoming action-packed season, but just in case you haven't gotten enough, we have yet another trailer to get you ready for the return to Westeros.

We still have a month and a half left to go, but HBO is making absolutely sure that you’re aware that their hit show Game of Thrones will be returning for its fourth season at the beginning of April. We’ve had multiple teases, a full-length trailer, and even a fifteen-minute special giving us a sneak peak at the upcoming action-packed season, but just in case you haven’t gotten enough, we have yet another trailer to get you ready for the return to Westeros.

Much like the last trailer, this one features glimpses of nearly all of the principal characters. We find King Joffrey preparing for his royal wedding to Margaery, Sansa wallowing in her torment after having been forced to marry Tyrion Lannister, Arya still journeying with the Hound, and Daenerys continuing her campaign across the Narrow Sea. There is obviously much more regarding Cersei, Tyrion, Stannis, and Jon, but the less you know about their storylines going in, the more shocked you’ll be as the plot unfolds.

As I’ve said time and time again, I’m extremely pumped for the show’s return as there are a number of incredible events that I can’t wait to see brought to life on the screen. To put it simply, this is going to be an unforgettable season, so if you haven’t yet gotten into it, I suggest catching up on those first 30 episodes post-haste (season three is conveniently coming out on Blu-ray and DVD this Tuesday).

Game of Thrones season four, based on the latter half of George R.R. Martin’s A Storm of Swords, begins on April 6th at 9pm on HBO.

Check out the new trailer below and let us know what you’re most looking forward to in the coming season in the comments below!
