UPDATE: THR reports that Katie McGrath (Dracula) and Lauren Lapkus (Orange is the New Black) have also been cast in the film.

The casting process continues today for Jurassic World as Universal has added Judy Greer to their upcoming blockbuster. The actress joins an already strong line-up of talent that boasts names like Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard and the recently confirmed Jake Johnson, among others.

Directed by Colin Trevorrow, the Derek Connolly scripted film is being kept tightly under wraps as far as plot details go and Greer’s role is currently unknown. It’s likely a supporting one but aside from that, we can only speculate as to who she’ll be playing.

While I’m definitely a fan of the casting for this one, it’s still hard to say if I’m completely on board with Jurassic World just yet. We barely know anything about it and aside from a bit of concept art that was released recently (which admittedly looks very cool), there’s been nothing to give us a clear idea of which direction they’re heading in with the story.

That being said, I think I can speak for everyone when I say that I’m extremely eager to see what Universal has planned with the film and I am most definitely looking forward to returning to this franchise.

Jurassic World opens for business on June 12th, 2015.
