With the upcoming fifth season of Dexter just around the corner, more updates are starting to hit the internet. Thanks to /Film, we have some news on casting updates, a new photo (as seen above) and a new promo.
In terms of casting, Chris Vance, who you probably remember from Prison Break (he played James Whistler), has joined the cast for season five. He will hop on the show for at least three episodes, if not more.
Lastly, we have a new promo. It’s fairly short and doesn’t really show any footage from the upcoming season but it does feature Clint Mansell’s awesome score from Requiem For a Dream.
I can’t wait for the new season to begin. Dexter has to deal with the consequences of his actions and everything is going to come crashing down on him. It’s going to be interesting to see how he deals with everything. Could this be the season where Dexter’s killer secret comes out?
