Crystal Dynamics has officially announced that the upcoming Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris has gone gold. The isometric co-op adventure title is set to launch on December 9 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC.

In celebration of this milestone, the studio has released a new Developer Diary for the title, which can be seen above. In it, Executive Producer Scot Amos and Lead Level Designer Jeff Wajcs discuss the assorted puzzles players will come across during their time with the game. Besides getting another glimpse at some of these challenges, the most interesting thing I took from this clip was seeing how sections change depending on how many people are playing.

As someone who is quite excited to get their hands on Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, I’m incredibly pleased to hear that it will hit its December release date. With the next main entry in the Tomb Raider series not due until the end of 2015, this will most likely be our last time to get some hands-on time with the series until then.

We will continue to have coverage of Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris in the lead-up to its December release. In the mean time, however, why not take a look at the latest Developer Diary and let us know what you think of the fiendish puzzles coming Lara’s way.
