Jonah Hill To Lead Todd Phillips’ Arms And The Dudes, Miles Teller May Join As Well

Though Jesse Eisenberg and Shia LaBeouf were originally in talks to lead director Todd Phillips' Arms and the Dudes, we're now hearing that Jonah Hill has signed on with Miles Teller also being courted. Adapted from a Rolling Stone article by Phillips and Lucky Number Slevin scribe Jason Smilovic, the crime comedy will follow Hill and (hopefully) Teller as two stoners who find themselves as arm dealers when they lock down a "$300 million contract from the US government to supply the country's allies in Afghanistan with weapons."

This definitely sounds like a great project for all involved. Phillips can use something fresh after the dull Hangover sequels and both Hill and Teller have more than proven themselves when it comes to making audiences laugh, so having them team up together for a crime comedy is guaranteed to yield hilarious results.

Phillips will produce Arms and the Dudes alongside Bradley Cooper and shooting will likely get underway next Spring. Tell us, are you excited to see Hill, and potentially Teller, lead the film? Sound off below!
