Red Band Trailer For Kingsman: The Secret Service Is Heavy On Action And F-Bombs

We may have to wait until next November to see James Bond return to the big screen in Spectre, but we only have to wait until February to watch another suave British spy use clever gadgets and finely tailored suits to save the world, as that’s when Matthew Vaughn’s Kingsman: The Secret Service hits theaters.

Kingsman stars Colin Firth as a secret agent who recruits a street kid, played by Taron Egerton, into a hidden society of British spies. The film was supposed to hit theaters back in October, but was unfortunately moved from that crowded month to February, where it will get a bit more breathing room (though it’s still facing tough competition, with Fifty Shades of Grey opening that same weekend). Luckily, it looks like the flick will be worth the wait, if this new red band trailer is any indication, at least.

Previous trailers have already established the world in which Kingsman take place, and introduced us to the various characters. This new trailer ignores all of that and dives right into the action, which surpasses even the best things we’ve seen from Vaughn in the past. The Kick-Ass and X-Men: First Class director looks to be at the top of his game here, so if nothing else, Kingsman is sure to be one of the more exciting and action-packed comic book adaptations that we’ll see in 2015.

Kingsman: The Secret Service is set to explode into theaters on February 13th, 2015.
