With the multiplayer beta now live on Xbox One, Microsoft has detailed a trio of special editions for those who wish to pre-order 343 Industries’ hotly-anticipated sequel, Halo 5: Guardians.

Available in three different tiers, the publisher confirmed that fans of the franchise can either pick up the standard edition, limited edition, or the more pricey limited collector’s edition — which comes in at $250. That said, the premium package serves as the ultimate fan service, bundling the sequel with an exclusive statue designed by the studio itself.

Standard Edition ($60) — Halo 5: Guardians plus an exclusive poster, only available to those who pre-order.
Limited Edition ($100) — Everything in the Standard Edition plus new digital content to enhance Spartan combat and exclusive items wrapped in a uniquely designed steel book.
Limited Collector’s Edition ($250) — Everything in the Limited Edition as well as additional content such as a commemorative numbered statue designed by 343 Industries. More details on the design to be shared at a later date.

It’s a notable day for 343’s sequel. Even though Guardians is still nine months away at least, the studio has allowed budding Spartans to dip their toe into the multiplayer segment ahead of time, thereby providing the developing team with valuable feedback about all the internal systems.

During our own hands-on time with the beta, we found the controversial changes that 343 has introduced — including aim-down sights and increased mobility, for instance — to be well implemented, fine-tuning Halo 5: Guardians for the modern audience. The sequel is due to release in late 2015, while the beta will continue until January 18.
