Sony Announces PSP Remastered Series For PS3

Today Sony announced a PSP remaster series, which are going to be PSP games upgraded to HD graphics and more for the PS3. Along with HD graphics the games will have new content, control schemes for the PS3 controller, 3D support and ad-hoc multiplayer will be available for some games.

Today Sony announced a PSP remaster series for the PS3. These games are going to be PSP games upgraded to HD graphics among other things.  Along with the graphics, the games will have new content, control schemes for the PS3 controller, 3D support and ad-hoc multiplayer will be available for some games.

Sony also revealed that save files can be swapped between the PS3 and PSP versions of the games. This means you can play on your television then be able to play the game on the go for the PSP. The first game that got announced to be a part of the remastered series is Monster Hunter Portable 3rd, but it was announced for Japan, no news if it will be available in North America yet.
