Though it’s been a rough couple of years for Electric Zoo, the festival is planning a return to Randall’s Island this September and today, the first three headliners have been announced.

Through a campaign called Follow Me To New York that leads fans to this specific website, it’s been revealed that The Chemical Brothers, Alesso and Above & Beyond will be taking the stage in NYC this Labor Day Weekend. Unfortunately, those were the only three acts announced today, but it’s certainly an exciting trio of headliners, representing music that’s both old school and new.

These three acts are also a clear indication that Electric Zoo is going big this year and will be pulling in many of EDM’s hottest and most-respected names in order to ensure an unforgettable festival for those in attendance. As I said before, the past two years haven’t been very kind to Electric Zoo, but the organizers are promising big changes this year and so far, I think they’re headed down the right path.

Tickets for Electric Zoo are still available over at the official website. Be sure to pick one up and stay tuned for more exciting artist announcements over the coming weeks.
