EA Chief Operating Officer Peter Moore took to the stage during Microsoft’s ongoing E3 press conference to confirm that two of the publisher’s acclaimed games are headed to the subscription-based EA Access service: Dragon Age: Inquisition and Respawn’s mech-on-mech Titanfall.
The latter of which was rumored for some time, after Reddit users spotted a listing for the shooter on EA’s digital storefront. It will join the company’s online vault later this week. Inquisition, on the other hand, won’t make it onto EA Access’ software roster until a later, as-yet-unspecified date. In keeping with the PlayStation Now-like business model, both titles will be free to download for subscribers.
EA Access is currently only available on Xbox One, and to celebrate the occasion, Moore confirmed that all Xbox Live Gold members will have full access to the vault and its dozen-or-so titles for free this week. After that, the service costs $5 per month.
