King’s Quest, the episodic adventure game revival of the classic Sierra series, will have its first installment available across multiple platforms quite soon.
The first chapter, titled King’s Quest: A Knight to Remember, will launch across five consoles in late July. July 28 will see a release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PC, with Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions launching on July 29. The episode will cost $9.99 to download individually, but Sierra is also including a discounted bundle pre-order option for all five chapters available today for $39.99 on the PlayStation Network and Steam, with an Xbox One version with the same price planned for July 7.
A new trailer has also been released today and can be viewed above, showcasing the painting-like art style used for characters and environments as well as some witty dialog between lead character Graham and various side characters.
