Shooting is under way on X-Men: Apocalypse, but the production has been so shrouded in secrecy that we’re still not sure which actors have been tapped for supporting roles. Now, thanks to IMDb, we may have finally learned who’s taking on the role of Caliban: Tomas Lemarquis.

It was previously revealed that the powerful Morlock would take on a role in the pic, likely as a crony of the ancient mutant Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac). In the comics, he’s been a Horseman of Apocalypse multiple times, including as Death and Pestilence, so it wasn’t shocking news when director Bryan Singer took to Instagram to reveal that Caliban would indeed be making an appearance

Now, IMDb is a fan-sourced page, so don’t take this report as definitive fact just yet, but even just going by looks, Lemarquis seems perfect for the part.

The actor joins an absolutely massive cast for the pic, which will complete the First Class trilogy and take place in 1983. Caliban’s introduction here could possibly lead to more Morlocks taking the screen, which could also work to set-up Channing Tatum’s Gambit spinoff, so it’s great to hear that Singer has found room for him even with a colossal, universe-shattering plot.

James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Rose Byrne, Lucas Till and Evan Peters are returning from X-Men: Days of Future Past for this new installment. Meanwhile, newcomers include Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Alexandra Shipp, Olivia Munn, Lana Condor and Oscar Isaac filling the role of Apocalypse.

X-Men: Apocalypse opens on May 26, 2016.
