IGN recently released a 4 minute clip of the upcoming film Machete. Directed by Robert Rodriguez (Grindhouse, Sin City, Spy Kids), Machete follows the story of Machete, played by Danny Trejo, looking for revenge after being betrayed by the organization that hired him. The film is guaranteed to be a fun, thrilling, gory ride which is what director Rodriguez delivers in most of his films. Along with an A-List cast which consists of Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba, and the recently released from jail Lindsay Lohan, Machete is sure to be a hit.
The film will be released in exactly a week (September 3, 2010), so be sure to head to a theatre near by to check it out. And if that isn’t convincing enough, just check out the clip below which involves Machete making a gutsy escape.
