Batman: Arkham Knight To Go Back Up For Sale On PC This October

Nearly four months after its launch, gamers have yet to play a polished if not working version of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC. While a patch was released last month, developer Rocksteady Studios is still at work on a number of updates for the mess of a port, which it expects to pay off for PC players come Halloween.

Nearly four months after its launch, gamers have yet to play a polished if not working version of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC. While a patch was released last month, developer Rocksteady Studios is still at work on a number of updates for the mess of a port, which it expects to pay off for PC players come Halloween.

Publisher WB Games posted the following message to the game’s Steam page this week, claiming that the PC version of Arkham Knight will back up for sale on this month after its effective removal last summer:

As many of you know, we released a major patch for Batman: Arkham Knight PC a few weeks ago. While there were significant performance improvements made to the game, the teams are continuing to work on the additional updates that were outlined in our previous post. We expect these updates to be ready at the end of October, at which time the PC version will be made available for purchase. In addition, support for all DLC that has been released for the console versions will be in place.

Thanks again for your continued patience and support. We’ll be sure to update everyone as soon as the update is live.

Batman: Arkham Knight released this past June for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC with a handful of DLC updates on the way this October. We’ll keep you posted when we hear more on the PC version and when exactly it’s going back on sale.
