PlayStation 4 Universal Remote Releases Late October

The PlayStation 4 is getting its very own universal remote at the end of October, Sony's manager of platform marketing, Anand Agarwal has said. In a news post on Sony's official PlayStation blog, Agarwal states that the new peripheral will work with a whole host of apps and programs on launch day, with "more to come later."

No word yet on a European release, but for those living in the U.S., Canada or Mexico, the device will be available in late October for $29.99 (MSRP).
