Superbeat: Xonic, a rhythm game helmed by many of the same people as the cult DJMax series, is scheduled for a North American release exclusively on PS Vita this fall. Besides a standard digital release, the game will also have two limited editions at launch exclusively via PM Studios’ web store, which is currently offline, but will likely be reopened closer to launch.

The first edition, known as the X-Clusive Collection, will contain both the game itself and a pair of audio CDs featuring songs from the soundtrack. The second one, called the X-Otic Collection, will also contain the game and soundtrack, but also add two LP records with sleeve covers and a sleek outer box for the package. Pre-orders are scheduled to begin later today, so interested rhythm game fans will want to keep an eye on the web store.
